Drive Clean Rural USA Workshop

 Marion, Alabama

11 AM to 1 PM. Lunch will be served.

The purpose of the workshop is to discuss the many benefits of utilizing alternative fuels to save money in city, business and municipal fleet vehicle applications.

Marion was selected as one of three Alabama groups to participate in this U. S. Department of Energy initiative.

Speakers from Alabama Power, Blossman Gas, The City of Birmingham, and the Alabama Clean Fuels Coalition will present and discuss options based on real world data provided by the City of Marion. Electric and propane fueled cars/trucks will be on-hand.
