ADECA has been designated by Governor Ivey to administer the Volkswagen Settlement in Alabama. $25.5M will be available to the state for transportation projects that reduce emissions in the state. ADECA is holding regional Public Information and Listening Sessions throughout the state in the next few weeks (see attached schedule) to provide information about the settlement and gather input for the development of a spending plan for the funds.
